37-39 Clarendon Road, Watford

EVH provided a £90.4m facility for acquiring and developing 37-39 Clarendon Road in Watford. The site is currently a vacant office building but has planning permission for a 25-story residential tower providing 168 homes and a new 8-story building providing 150,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. The development will also have an ancillary café and gymnasium.

The loan was completed on September 2021.
