EVH provided a £48.4m facility to refinance the Lu2on mixed-use scheme. Lu2on is a residential-led mixed-use scheme situated approximately 1 mile from Luton town center. Phase 1 is complete and provides 401 private residential units, 68 parking spaces and 23,390 sq ft of commercial space. Phase 2 is land with planning consent for 553 residential units. The combined square footage of the two phases is 452,000 sq ft. The loan was completed in January of 2022.
